Ways to release anxiety and stress

Count from 5 to 1 when you are stressed. According to Milani Robins the 5 second rule is a technique in which we count from 5 to 1 and then we feel that we are in a condition to decide that we should stay or move forward.

EXERCISE

Exercise

Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. When you are in stress move your body through exercise ,dance or play. It will be very helpful. Doing hard physical activity suppresses the release of serotonin.

WATER

Water

By drinking plenty of water we can control our stress or anxiety. Drinking warm water relaxes our brain and reduces the release of cortisol. Taking a warm bath can also be used to release stress.

DEEP BREATHING

Breathing and yoga

Deep breathing can also be used to relax yourself in stress. Try some relaxing techniques like yoga, meditation and breathing. Breathing increase the supply of oxygen to brain, heart and relaxes the body muscles. So when ever you are stressed stop doing all things and just take deep breaths.

BE POSITIVE

Be positive

Always try to be busy because an empty mind is a devil’s workshop. By staying busy you can fight your negativity and negative thoughts can also lead to stress. So be positive, think positive !

BE PRACTICAL

Be Practical

Don’t trust anyone easily. Take every problem as a challenge. Accept the fact that bad things happen to everyone. Bad times make us feel out of control. Don’t let the little things get you down. Think of the real important things in your life like family, friends, your religion and community.

HELP OTHERS

Help others

One of the best ways to forget about your problems is to help others. Always remember good begets good. As you know do good and have good.

Sharing

Sharing your problems with a friend or family can also reduce stress. Don’t be a loner. Talk with your friends, family, teacher or others in your community.

BE EXPRESSIVE

Be creative

If talking does not work, do something else to release your stress. You can write down your feelings on a page. You can start a journal or create an art.

So girls stop worrying about your any period problem because I am here !Lets start with the foods. I have made a list of foods that are easily available in your kitchen and can be very helpful to you for inducing and regulating your periods…

TURMERIC

Turmeric

Turmeric is an excellent emmenagogue. It is used to induce periods. It is also used with milk named “golden milk” one week before the expected date. It is also used to reduce menstrual cramps.

FENNEL

Fennel

Fennel is very important to regulate periods . Fennel water is used to drink one week before the expected date. For this boil one cup of water with one teaspoon of fennel seeds and drink twice a day and you will be shocked!

CAROM SEEDS

Carom

Carom seeds have very strong effect on uterine muscles. Boil some carom seeds in water with ginger and drink. Honey or jaggery can also be used for sweetening.

SESAME SEEDS

Sesame

Sesame seeds are very helpful for producing heat in our body. Drinking boiled water with sesame seeds are very helpful or can be used with ginger tea.

GINGER

Ginger

Ginger is most famous emmenagogue. Ginger tea is very helpful for irregular periods and also used to reduce inflammation. For this boil some chips of ginger with water ,half a lemon can also be squeezed in it.

CINNAMON

Cinnamon

Cinnamon is also used to induce periods. For inducing periods overnight cinnamon powder is used with warm milk before sleep.

KALONJI OR BLACK SEEDS

Kalonji

Kalonji is a perfect emmenagogue. It has great ability to induce periods. Taking 5-7 seeds of raw kalonji daily can be very helpful to get rid of all problems related to your periods!
