COUNTDOWN

Count from 5 to 1 when you are stressed. According to Milani Robins the 5 second rule is a technique in which we count from 5 to 1 and then we feel that we are in a condition to decide that we should stay or move forward.
EXERCISE

Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. When you are in stress move your body through exercise ,dance or play. It will be very helpful. Doing hard physical activity suppresses the release of serotonin.
WATER

By drinking plenty of water we can control our stress or anxiety. Drinking warm water relaxes our brain and reduces the release of cortisol. Taking a warm bath can also be used to release stress.
DEEP BREATHING

Deep breathing can also be used to relax yourself in stress. Try some relaxing techniques like yoga, meditation and breathing. Breathing increase the supply of oxygen to brain, heart and relaxes the body muscles. So when ever you are stressed stop doing all things and just take deep breaths.
BE POSITIVE

Always try to be busy because an empty mind is a devil’s workshop. By staying busy you can fight your negativity and negative thoughts can also lead to stress. So be positive, think positive !
BE PRACTICAL

Don’t trust anyone easily. Take every problem as a challenge. Accept the fact that bad things happen to everyone. Bad times make us feel out of control. Don’t let the little things get you down. Think of the real important things in your life like family, friends, your religion and community.
HELP OTHERS

One of the best ways to forget about your problems is to help others. Always remember good begets good. As you know do good and have good.
SHARING

Sharing your problems with a friend or family can also reduce stress. Don’t be a loner. Talk with your friends, family, teacher or others in your community.
BE EXPRESSIVE

If talking does not work, do something else to release your stress. You can write down your feelings on a page. You can start a journal or create an art.
